Good Friends, Good Food, Good Fun!!!

Ben and I have been so blessed to be part of such a wonderful ward. We have made so many wonderful friends here. A lot of the friends we've made have moved out of the ward but we still try to keep in touch with them. Thank goodness for Facebook!

On October 10th we had a BBQ/Swim Party at Ben's Mom's. I know, "Who has a BBQ/Swim Party in October?" Well in Southern California you can have a BBQ/Swim Party even in November, as we've had temperatures in the 90's the the first few days of this month already.

Well, any who, back in May we had our 1st BBQ/Swim Party and it was BYOM (bring your own meat) to grill and a side dish to share. It went really well and we all had a great time. We really wanted to do another one before the summer was over but kind of waited till the last minute. Despite waiting till October, our 2nd BBQ/Swim Party was another success!

Wow, what an awesome Backyard. Looks like a fun party. What a great idea. Bring your own meat and share a side. Sounds like fun!
